For order-specific return instructions, email you.will.want.this07@gmail.com before physically sending an item back. The correct return address can vary by order. Do not use a supplier dispatch address unless we have confirmed it as the return address. Contact us promptly if you need the return address or instructions; contacting us does not pause or extend a statutory return deadline.

Contacting us before sending an item is for return logistics. It is not a condition for notifying us that you are cancelling within a statutory period. You can notify us of cancellation by sending a clear statement to the email above; you may also use the model form below.

Your right to cancel an online order

For most goods bought online, you may cancel for a change of mind within 14 days after you receive the goods. After telling us you are cancelling, you normally have a further 14 days to send the goods back. You do not have to give a reason. Some legal exceptions apply, including certain goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. If an exception applies to a particular item, the applicable information must be provided before you order it. Cancellation rights do not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.

To cancel, email you.will.want.this07@gmail.com with your name, order number and a clear statement that you want to cancel. You may send any other clear statement of cancellation; using the model form is optional. We will provide the correct return address and instructions for the order. Send the goods back within the applicable return period; asking for return instructions does not extend that period.

Return postage for change-of-mind cancellations

You may have to pay the direct cost of returning goods for an eligible change-of-mind cancellation only where the law permits this and we told you about that responsibility before you placed your order. If the goods cannot normally be returned by post, the applicable return cost must also be disclosed before purchase where required by law. We will not charge you return costs where doing so would conflict with your statutory rights.

This is postage to send an item back. All products include free delivery in the product price, with no separate delivery, handling or import charge to the customer.

Refunds after cancellation

Where you have a statutory cancellation right, we will reimburse payments covered by that right without undue delay using the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. If we withhold reimbursement, we will make it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the earlier of those events. If we do not withhold it, we will make the reimbursement within 14 days after you notify us of cancellation.

All products include free delivery in the product price, so no separate delivery or import charge is added to your order. We will apply any statutory refund rule that is relevant to the order; this policy does not authorise an extra delivery fee.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Your statutory rights apply if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. This request is not a condition for notifying cancellation or exercising a statutory remedy. We will handle the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law; nothing in this policy makes you responsible for return costs where the law requires us to bear them.
